Compacting database
I notice that the "Catalog Maintenance" / "Compacting" link in help leads to a blank page. Can we compact; should we; or does it happen "behind the scenes".

Re: Thumbnails appear in random order and other problems
Having been a long-term IDImager user, I'm evaluating the trial version of Photo Supreme. One of the first problems I find is, when I'm viewing the Catalog "By Folder", when I select a folder, the thumbnails of the images in the folder are displayed completely at random, with no reference to either...

Re: Photo Supreme: Rotate Thumbs
It turns out that creating and running a Batch containing just Quick Rotate Left (or Right  ) does the job that the pop up curly arrows don't. Works here for one raw thumb, or a selection. Lippe, This doesn't work here for .MRW raw files using 1.0.5.57. Workaround is to launch preview, adjust, rotation, apply,...

Re: Too easy to delete label from catalog?
Geoff/Hert I must have turned off the confirmation then, even though I don't remember doing so! Probably just blundering around on day one of trial. The older I get the more I forget  . At least it was easy to set it back on via a little registry edit. Related observation: the confirmation for...

Too easy to delete label from catalog?
Many operations in Photo Supreme require OKing a confirmation message. Perhaps this should also apply to deleting labels from the catalog by using the "-" button. The button is so prominent, so easy to click by mistake (I'm no longer young and am easily distracted), and potentially so devastating!
