Re: relationships People more easily?

In the next build you'll be able to Alt_Drag/drop a catalog label to another catalog to create a relationship between the two

Re: Incorrect display of imported images

Hi Erik, are you saying that you can view this file correctly in other software but not in PSU? If so, can you share a sample file that displays this? You can send a file, or a download link, to support@idimager.com
thank you

Re: Controlling the Timeline from Media Pro

Please try this first;
1. Select the thumbnail
2. Right click and select Metadata -> Convert Metadata to XMP

Does that pull in the date?

If not, can you perhaps share a sample MP4 file? You can send the file (or a download link) to support@idimager.com

Re: Incorrect display of imported images

Hi Erik, thank you for the screenshot. What you display is a corrupt JPG image. The file has a defect in its image data. Psu doesn’t touch image data, only metadata. You should restore these files from your backup and best try to find out which software wrote the file. This kind of corruption is als...

Re: Incorrect display of imported images

What is the image format of these images?
Also, can you perhaps share a screenshot of what you see in the viewer? You can add an attachment to a reply on the forum.

Re: License not found

It’s all about concurrency. With one license one person can work concurrently.
With one license, you and your wife can both use the admin account.

Re: Do not create a label v This label is private

I guess you've defined those as private catalog labels before making the top level category private.

Re: License not found

Is that screenshot of the User Manager from V5?
If you own two licenses then two people are able to use the application concurrently. You can check the licenses you own at https://cp.idimager.com.

Changes are listed at https://whatsnew.idimager.com No sync changes.

Re: "fake" categories in new catalog

Welcome back as a Photo Supreme user. If you import catalog labels from Lightroom and in Lightroom you had "Jones Family" as the top level that that returns as a top level category in Photo Supreme during import. Best steps to follow are: 1. For each "fake" category, create a catalog label at the co...

Re: License not found

Remember that one license is always reserved for the administrator use. If you own two licenses then you should be able to login as the administrator on one computer and as any non-administrator user on another computer.

Re: Do not create a label v This label is private

If it would be written to ICS then it wouldn't be private, so the answer is "private labels are not written to ICS".

Re: Do not create a label v This label is private

Setting the category to private is indeed what you're looking for. There's no option to set "do not create keyword" on a category level, but that would be the same as setting it to private. This seems to do what I want, but if my database crashes I'll lose the label info A private category isn't wri...
