Re: Preview Size

I assume that you configured the IIQ extension as a non image format in Preferences? In that case PSU asks the operating system to generate the preview. If your OS supports full previews for IIQ files then PSU will receive larger files. Optionally install a IIQ file extension module (if exists) to e...

Re: Is there anyone who can do scripts?

I don’t do scripts for money but am always willing to write a free script if it is a script that can be used by a substantial part of the user base. What script do you need?

Re: Preview Size

Hi Fred, a warm welcome to the forum.
Preview sizes may be small for files that have a small preview stored in them. I know that Sony cams store relatively small previews in ARW files.
I have no experience with the PO/Leaf files. What is the file extension?

Re: Messed up with Update?

You’re no longer getting the message that you pointed out in the opening post? Does that mean that you now updated all the clients?

Re: SMB Drive Disconnects

I’ve never seen the Windows share connections suddenly disappear on macOS.
You do need to open a share first in Finder for PSU to use it. You can also connect to the share while PSU is started. It will recognize that the share is being attached

Re: Mac - Preference tab missing - Description not editable

1) On macOS, the Preferences are in the "Photo Supreme" main menu. This is a macOS convention; on macOS the shortcut is Cmd+Comma
2) I'm not sure what you mean with "Description tab", but the description in the Image Details is editable here. Could you try it after a software restart?

Re: Use previous version to back up catalog database

Welcome to the forum. If new version needs to upgrade the database then you'll be prompted that the database needs to be upgraded also. It will give the recommendation to have a backup available. If you don't have a backup of your database then that's the point where you can cancel out, install the ...
