I'm pretty sure you will be able to find bits of freeware that can take a folder of images and create a page for you, though finding one that does it just the way you like may be harder.

When you look at the left hand explorer panel, with it set to "categories", you are looking at PSU labels. I still think this way of doing it is rather misleading to anyone that has not used this functionality before, and a simple checkbox at the top of the settings to "copy original file" or "apply sizing and other adjustments" would make it more obvious. Aha - I had to make the map area on the screen larger (specifically, make it deeper) then the plus/minus buttons appeared, along with the map/satellite buttons!
