Re: Rename Files - Does not seem to work

I must be missing something. In the PS help menu there is a document called "Quick Manual - Folder and File Management" and it says: "You can rename a single file by selecting the file, then Move a file - On Windows, press F2 - On Mac double click on the filename of the thumbnail That will make the ...

Rename Files - Does not seem to work

I am running PS on a Mac under OS X 10.11.4. I am not able to rename a file by double clicking the file name in thumbnail browser view (but the batch rename function works using CMD-Shift-R). Can anyone let me know if I am doing something wrong or if the problem is with PS under OS X 10.11.4? Thanks

Re: Photo Supreme V2 is available

Hert - Bingo. So obvious that it didn't seem like the place to put it. The Documents folder on a Mac so often ends up as a catch-all for lots of things (including temp holding folder for stuff that needs to be eventually deleted) that I didn't expect the license file for an app to be put there (or a...

Re: Photo Supreme V2 is available

I have installed V2 on a Mac running Mavericks. I have downloaded the license from the User Control Panel at least 6 times and copied it to what I think is the correct folder (see below). I have even uninstalled and reinstalled V2. In every case, when I open Photo Supreme it says it has reverted to ...

Re: PSU Mac update

I have PSU 1.0.1.48 on my MacBook Pro. In the post I see that there have been updates to versions 1.0.4.55 and 1.0.5.57 but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do the update. There are posts that updates are under Apples control and they have not approved/released these. Am I missing someth...

Re: update to 1.0.0.44

Hert, Thanks. That helped solve the problem. I had deleted (drag to Trash) the instances of Photo Supreme from the Application Folder. Once I received your last email I went to the Launchpad and it was still listed. So I dragged the icon to the Trash, went back to the App Store, re-downloaded and in...

Re: update to 1.0.0.44

Hert, I deleted Photo Supreme. I then went on the Apple App site and signed in. It showed that I had purchased and that it was installed. When I clicked on the little installed tab nothing happened. I then went to purchases where it was listed and again clicked on the little installed tab. Nothing h...

update to 1.0.0.44

I purchased Photo Supreme (had been using beta version). After installation it asked if I wanted to upgrade to 1.0.0.44. I downloaded but received the following error message: "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1.)" I tried to let in update automatically...

Re: IDimager Supreme Public Beta for MacOSX

1. Sorry - this doesn't work. When I click on a new folder in the Category/By Folder view or to the right in the Collection Viewer and either right click and Paste or hit Command V, a dialog box opens asking to confirm the Paste and I click OK and nothing happens. I even "verified" the folder (which...

Re: IDimager Supreme Public Beta for MacOSX

Hert, Thanks for this update. Couple of comments: 1. Copy and past in folder view does not seem to work - the CMD-C and CMD-X have a pop-up confirming the copy or move to clipboard but when you highlight the intended folder and press CMD-V, nothing happes. 2. Dumb question: How do you delete an imag...

Image Preview Update

Once you have ingested an image file into IDimagerNE, is there a way to update the preview image. For example, if you have ingested an image and then edit it in a program other than IDImageNE and want to update the preview image in IDimagerNE, can you do it? I tried to "re-ingest" the image but it w...

Re: Move and Copy

MikeP, Thanks for the comments which make a lot of sense. I would not expect IDImager to be able to keep track of moving files and folders when IDImager is not open, or even if open and the move is made without using IDImager. I tend to ingest all my images into IDImager (a top level folder called, ...
