I find the possibilities to manage metadata with Darwin Core and Darwin Core Xpress very interesting. But haven't done it yet.
Saw some users using it on the forum. Perhaps these users can show how to use it and how it can be evaluated in reports?

Re: Prioritize a label
If I assign the insect last, it's okay. This is a good hint. Thanks.

Prioritize a label
I have a label with the name of a plant species. The name is mapped in dc:title and dc:description. It works. I have a label with the name of a species of insect. This name is also mapped in dc:title and dc:decription. If the plant and the insect are in one photo, the photo will both be labeled. One...

All plants with the flower color yellow
I would like to assign a flower color to a label with plant names. So that I can look for all plants of one flower color as an identification. As an example, look for all plants with the flower color yellow. Photo Supreme is definitely smart enough to do that. But I do not know how. Can you give any...

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections
This seems to have been a problem with the server version. I have the single edition Build 3143 with the current Windows 10. The same as Alfons. The count is also zero. Apparently you only have this in your catalog. Please send me a copy of your catalog database (no thumbs needed) if you like me to ...

Re: Version Detection finds one file too many
I think the file "2020_06_26_1828_Canon EOS 5D Mark IV_AZ0A4619.CR2" does not belong in the version set. It doesn't match the mask.
Then I have to remove the file every time.

Re: Version Detection finds one file too many
My "Version set detection mask" is default %Filename*. * I don't know exactly how version detection works. But I guess it starts with the main version. Main version is "2020_06_26_1828_Canon EOS 5D Mark IV_AZ0A4619 -Bearbeitet .jpg" %Filename in this case is "2020_06_26_1828_Canon EOS 5D Mark IV_AZ0...

document title is overwritten with the file name
When importing, the document title is overwritten with the file name. It should remain empty. Can I change that?

Re: Versioning with new documentation
Thanks for your help. That's true. It has to do with it. With "Always together as a Set", the main version is always displayed in Dynamic Search. But I have every version in a folder. When I click the folder in Folders I always see the main version. That's why I set “As a Set in Category” (default)....

Re: Versioning with new documentation
If I only search for version sets, the result is correct. But when I add a parameter, all the placeholders come back. That's not correct. Or am I wrong? hc_259.png hc_260.png Exklude finds "No Versions". That's true. I need all Includes or Excludes in Dynamic Search. When I first turn the Dynamic S...

Re: Versioning with new documentation
@Hert. What do you think? This is a user forum. Why address only me, instead of other users. They may have better input than I have Okay. Version -> Version Sets gives you all main versions. If I only search for version sets, the result is correct. But when I add a parameter, all the placeholders c...
