GPS Panel: "Set Marker Here" Not Showing Up

I'm adding GPS coordinates to my pictures using the GPS Panel. When I find the spot on the map I need, I right-click to set the marker at that location so I can assign the coordinates to my pictures. The GPS coordinates fill in in the Latitude, Longitude, and Altitude fields, but no marker appears o...

Re: Login Screen Asking For Password, But Never Set One Up

Mike,

That worked! Thank you very much!

Yeah, I'm not sure why it did it either. I was just tagging pictures when the box started coming up. Hopefully it won't happen again.

Login Screen Asking For Password, But Never Set One Up

I have PS3 and was in the middle of working with my images when the Login box popped up all of a sudden asking me for a password. I never set up a password, and do not use the Login screen when starting up PS3. Needless to say it wouldn't accept whatever was automatically populated in the password s...

Re: PS3 Creating Unwanted Keywords

Is there a way to stop it from adding the keywords?

I made the Places category private, but unwanted keywords are still being added.

PS3 Creating Unwanted Keywords

I'm noticing that PS3 is creating unwanted keywords based off of location data I enter into the "image Content" section of the Details pane. For example, if a picture was taken in the city of Houston, it adds a keyword for "Houston" to my photo, and also creates an entry for it in my "Places" drop d...

Re: What to Store on SSD Drive

Thanks Preston, That's what I plan on doing. Using the SSD for the OS, applications, and a few others things that would benefit from it. A 256GB SSD would provide more then enough space for those items, well under 75%. The majority of the space used on my hard drive are pictures, music, and movies. ...

Re: Incorrect Date/Time For Videos

Hert, I am using Build 2067. I reimported the metadata as you suggested on a test movie and the offset didn't change. After looking around elsewhere, movies that I edited several months back had their correct dates and times. These problems seem to stem from a more recent batch of movies going back ...

What to Store on SSD Drive

Hello, I'm running an older 2008 iMac that I want to spruce up a bit with some upgrades. I'm planning on swapping out the DVD drive with an SSD, and upgrading my 1 TB 7200 RPM drive to a 4 TB 7200 RPM drive. When looking at the SSD, I thought about getting one big enough to hold my 30K photos (215 G...

Incorrect Date/Time For Videos

Hello, While sorting through a mixture of pictures and videos taken with my iPhone, I discovered that the date/times on my videos were six hours off. I'm including a picture to help show were I found the discrepancy. I'm going through and manually fixing them with the Shift Date tool, but might anyo...

Re: Feature requests and Bug reporting

When importing videos taken on an iPhone 6 Plus, I've noticed the times to be off by an hour, compared to when the video was taken. For example, I'd take a picture and then immediately after a video, so both times were close together, and PS3 would have the correct time for the photo, but the video ...
