Re: Crop dialog box
Good surprise, on my last update I discovered the change, introduced in build 2740: "Crop settings are now persisted"

Re: Adjust several images
Yes but the original question was how to apply the recipes at once to all the images, without having to copy them one by one, so "copy recipe" is not the solution. The batch "Recipe file" is not either a solution because - as wphx said - it is destructive (modifies the file instead of attaching a re...

Crop dialog box
To crop a photo, you must enter settings in a dialog box, but these settings are not saved. I use it all the time, 90% of my photos are little birds that require cropping and for EACH photo I have to set the ratio (and in addition I have to move the dialog box which hides the photo): it's very annoy...

Export XMP to file NOK
On JPEG files I use batch "Export XMP to File" but I do not get any XMP files.
This tool is rather designed for RAW files, is it supposed to work also for JPEG files ?

Is sharing with Piwigo possible?
Sharing is possible with Fickr, Zenfolio, SmugSmug but not Piwigo: currently I synchronize with a python script using Piwigo APIs but it would be more convenient to do it directly from PSu. From this old thread (" https://forum.idimager.com/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=23213&hilit=ipernity ") I note Hert co...

Re: script/recipe to generate copy as new version?
It seemed interesting but it does not work (for me at least): the first option "Target location" (not visible on the picture) has priority and can not be disabled, so adding "% FilePath" has no effect. Have I missed something?

Re: Import crops from Picasa
I did not say that the file was no longer in the catalog - it was fine in idCatalogItem table - but that the JPEG file had disappeared from the folder. But I found this: there was a duplicate in the catalog, same picture in different folders, that's why it was the mess. By removing this duplicate ev...

Re: Import crops from Picasa
Arghhhh, it does not work anymore, after executing script "Import from sidecar XMP file" my jpeg files have been removed !!! Luckily I'm still experimenting in a test directory.
A priori I did not change anything, I just migrated under V4, could that explain it ?

I already do it, but as stated in my first post the link "Photo Supreme script API document" is broken.

Re: Scripting: is it still a feature ?
Your "tips and tricks" are very interesting.
But it's a bit frustrating to try to understand just by reading existing scripts.
All of it looks like witchcraft recipes held by some lucky ones who hold the knowledge

Re: Import crops from Picasa
Of course, I am an idiot !
And the best is that I put these silly values by hand just to test the xmp, if I had let my python script do the job it would have been ok.
Thanks for your quick response.

Scripting: is it still a feature ?
It seemed interesting but found very few documentation (to be nice), when searching in forum: in 2013 (!) some where already complaining about this and It appears that nothing has changed, moreover the link "Photo Supreme script API document" is dead.
