That's interesting, in the posting by Geoff (G8DHE) I see (using Firefox) only the word "Image", not the image itself.
So I checked it again with Chrome and there is indeed the screenshot with the opened menu.
Sorry for the confusion
Martin

Re: Import (from SD/CF-card) does not work (anymore)
Hi Snowman, you were two times right: Of course I'm using the version 4 (would there be a newer one?) On the first Screen the import swith was really switched off. 20190119_PSU-Import.png I do not remember that I have changed it. After switching it on again. So the import worked again, but not compl...

Import (from SD/CF-card) does not work (anymore)
Hello, with one of the latest PSU v5 updates I've got the following problem: I can start the iport of images from the memory card, the images are imported into the file system, renamed (according to my rule), but nothing more happens. The images are not in the catalog. When I search for it by "Ordne...

Re: how to copy path and filename
Hi,
there is a second way hidden in the context menu, that you can copy the folder and file names of selected files.
In German it's "Starte Skript vom Repository" > "Files System" > "Copy Filename to Clipboard".
As you can see, only the first part of the menu has been translated.
Best regards
Martin

Folder colors lost after update to 4.2.0.1552
Hi,
after updating to PSU version 4.2.0.1582 (on Windows 10, 64bit) in the catalog view
the folder colors are not displayed anymore. The corresponding description (pending,
prepared, High prio, ..., finished) are also lost.
Am I alone with this observation?
Regards
Martin

PSU v4: Renaming of Folders does not work anymore
Hello, I wonder with which version the renaming of folders disapeared. I'm not sure, if I have ever used it with version 4. Nevertheless, am I the only one who is not able to rename a folder in PSU? I'm trying it in the "Folders" tab by a right click on the folder to be renamed and selecting "Edit F...

Re: No Filter without Internet?
Hi Hert, somehow PSU does not properly recognize, if it is online or not. In my case I was not able to use the filter menu. Perhaps it could be, that in the train (or plain, ship, hotel, ...) there is a WIFI, the laptop is connected to it, but a proxy requires further clicks in an Web-UI. Neverthele...

No Filter without Internet?
Hi, it's the first time, that I'm travelling with the PSU v4 (4.1.0.1502) and I must realize that I cannot open the Filter menu in the Folder view. The program reacts with the error message that no internet connection is available: 20180522_PSU_without_Internet.jpg What tries PSU here to reach? With...

PSU v4: Import does not finish
Hello, when I start in the PSU v4 the import from the SD card it does not properly finish (at least the progress bar). But the task manager does not show any activity of the program: 20180421_PSU_Progress.png When I click on the (x) symbol to stop the process, it seems to be finished properly. At le...

PSU v4: Profiles menu not readable
Hello,
am I alone with the problem, that the Profiles menu (in the new version 4) in the details section is too small and cannot be read: The monitor has a resolution of 2560x1440 and uses 100% font size.
Best regards
Martin

'database or disk is full (0)' when compacting databases
Hello, in order to prepare the switch from PSU version 3 to 4 I started the compression of both databases (catalog and thumbnail). After a certain time I got the message "database or disk is full (0)". I checked the filesystem of my Windows 10 (64bit) system: Drive C (Here are the catalog and thumbn...
