Re: access violation (0)
I get this error all the time when I delete images from the database. Sometimes crashes as well.

4.1 Favorites Issue-Bug or Misunderstanding?
Here's the deal:
I created a number of text search Favorites and then added a folder as a Favorite. As soon as I did that, all of my text favorites became one group text search Favorite. Doesn't seem right but am I missing something?

PS 4.1 Deleted My Catalog
The story: PS 4 for some reason asked me for my password when I went to open the converted catalog and didn't accept the saved password. Took the painful step of recreating my main database last night giving it a new name. Opened the catalog this morning and app crashed while generating thumbnails. ...

Forgotten Catalog Password
Created a second database for older, archived images and now can't open the main database because I've forgotten the password. The default doesn't work so I'm lost. How do I recover or change the password? On a Mac.

Re: Monitoring a folder
You don't want all new images stored in a single folder while previous images are filed in a user desire structure. Eventually those "new" images have to be filed in the appropriate subfolders which means verifying those folders anyway. I have the same issue and would love a feature that automatica...

Re: Monitoring a folder
I agree with Rau. Verifying all the folders under the root folder would take a very, very long time for a large collection. Why Photo Supreme?
I'm interested in hearing users' reasons for choosing Photo Supreme over "do it all" apps like Lightroom and Capture One. I know there's the "#1 reason" thread but those are very general replies, not specific enough. What features does PS have or do better than Lightroom that keeps you using it? And...

Re: Tiff Files Open Outside PS 3 for Mac
Thanks. I checked my preferences and the file sizes and they were under the limit set. I tried increasing the limit anyway and it didn't help. Any other ideas?

Tiff Files Open Outside PS 3 for Mac
When I double click a Raw file in PS 3 it opens in PS 3 Preview. But when I double click a Tiff file in PS 3 it opens in the default app for Tiff files which happens to be Photoshop. How do I get tiffs to work the same as Raw in PS 3? I want a double click to always put me in Preview mode. Thanks.
