Re: upgraded to V6 and re-mapping folder does not work
Dont keep remapping. If the photos are on F then don’t remap anymore. The scripts tests E and then F. You showed that E was reported as offline by the script. But It’s still not clear to me if the script reports F as offline. And a side note: probably not, but you’re not running PSU in travel mode a...

Re: upgraded to V6 and re-mapping folder does not work
Hi Frank, the script gives two messages: one for the E drive and one for the F drive. Are both reported as not loaded?
Can you try what happens when you disable BackBlaze and then restart PSU?

Re: Picture quality very bad
was able to reproduce this by testing on a configuration with a comparable low-res monitor like you use.
This should be resolved for the next build.
Thank you and Bongo for the provided input.

Re: upgraded to V6 and re-mapping folder does not work
Can you share the result of this script: var AImg: TImageItem; begin AImg := TImageItem.Create(nil); try AImg._FileName := 'e:\test.jpg'; AImg.UpdateFileInfoBase; Say2(AImg.FileNameDrive, 'Medium Loaded: ' + iif(AImg.MediumLoaded, 'yes', 'no')); finally AImg.Free; end; AImg := TImageItem.Create(nil)...

Re: Picture quality very bad
I've illustrated that I can\t reproduce that here. If you find a way to reproduce that then please let me know how. One thing is sure: PSU does NEVER apply any sharpening to the displayed image, unless you opt to do so. What happens if you open an image in the viewer, and then resize the application...

Re: upgraded to V6 and re-mapping folder does not work
The way drives are identified by PSU has not changed. And so your issue could not be related to the V6 upgrade (not that it matters). To remap a drive: 1. Right click on the root folder of the drive (make sure that you don't have a custom root configured) 2. Right click and select "Map to the correc...

Re: but I haven't set States > Stacked
Maybe you have stacking switched ON in the Ingest feature. Maybe you have stacking switched on in the Verify Folder results.
Either way, if you don't want this stack then right click on it and select Stacking -> Destroy Selected stacks

Re: Picture quality very bad
Without Full Loading, PSU shows you the preview that is stored in the database (and created during thumb building). Full Loading, loads the full image from file. When I restart PSU it is good. I can open it with double-click or Enter. This one photo is always good. When I go with the cursor keys on ...

Re: Picture quality very bad
I did a video yet. When the picture changes, I do it with the cursor: Please delete your video. It shows you Google API key, which makes it prone for misuse! I've deleted the link to it. As mentioned, I cannot reproduce your issue here. Picture quality is excellent. Try this: Instead of opening the...

Re: Poof crashes / instability
I just created a new catalog. And then tried to exit PSu. Instead, I got an exception. "Field not found"???? That should not be possible and if that field is missing in your database then yes, very strange things will happen and in that case I'm not surprised that you get crashes all the time. Mayb...
