Re: A GPS question

A warm welcome to the forum. How you describe it, it sounds like you have incomplete metadata and that the GPS data is not written to the XMP. The tool that first creates the XMP should also convert the existing lower levels of metadata to XMP, such as Exif. Try this: right click on the thumb and se...

Re: Zenfolio Exception

I just tried it here and have no issue authenticating Zenfolio. PSU has no control over Zenfolio either approving or disapproving a login combination. The error is in the message you are getting..."Invalid credentials". It is Zenfolio that raises the error that your credentials are incorre...

Re: Zenfolio Exception

Apparently Zenfolio thinks that your login details are incorrect.

Re: working folder and storage folder

Re: Speed expectations and stacking

A warm welcome to the forum. 1) PSU is DAM software and not a viewer. DAM software keeps its truth in the Catalog and not on the file system. On import PSU needs to do a *lot*: creating file references in the catalog, read from file and store metadata to the catalog (sometimes XMP must be created fi...

Re: bug report : google map does not work

Check your Google API key in the Google API Console.

1. Google requires that you have a valid payment method stored. Make sure that the registered payment method is still valid.
2. Check your API key restrictions and check if that is still valid

Re: Request: Smoother scrolling, or additional scrolling settings

On my 27" 4K monitor, with 150% scaling in Windows, I typically run PSU maximized with 150% thumb zoom factor (lower right). That gives 6 thumbs horizontally. On a 4K laptop monitor you probably have Windows configured at a higher scaling than I have (obviously as the monitor is smaller). So I ...

Re: Problem syncing .TIFF files

Can you share the sync write settings?

Also check that the catalog labels that you assigned to this image are (a) not in a private category, and (b) the catalog label is configured to write as a keyword
