Re: A set of stacks without tops?
You can use States -> From Repository -> In Stack without Top Item" to get a list of all stacks without a top item. There's no keyboard shortcut to manually assign one image as a stack's top item. If you have setup your stacking rules with a top item detection then you should be able to select ...

Re: Photosupreme server not responding
To configure your NAS for fast PostgreSQL performance when running on Linux in a VM, you need to optimize several aspects of the NAS, VM, and PostgreSQL setup. Can you share some more details about the hardware? - What NAS brand/model? - What CPU processor(s) is installed in the NAS? - How much inte...

Re: Upgrade Error Server Edition Postgres
The step after 3002 is where the mentioned table is first created. It should not be possible that that table already exists (unless an earlier upgrade was killed). Best to restore your backup from v4 again and start PSU. Please let the database upgrade complete. Don't kill the application while the ...

Re: Suggestion for autoclose?
While not exactly what you're asking for, since v2024.2 you can schedule a Verify Folder to run when closing down the application.

In addition to RobiWan his reply you can also do this with these steps: Try this: 1. Open the Folder A 2. Right click on the folder and select "Add to Dynamic Search" 3. In States, right click on "Duplicate Files", and select "Add to Dynamic Search" When you run this Dy...

Re: Font rendering
In addition to that: your glorified next level 2K is 2048 x 1080 (vs 1980 x 1080 which I use).... You're right, 68 px more width is a b s o l u t e l y gamechanging!!! A 2K monitor (not to be confused wit a 2K cinema display) is typically 2560x1440. That is 3,686,400 pixels. A FullHD (1920x1080) is...

Re: Font rendering
This constant ‘yes, but’ is so childish. I don't think I wrote "yes but" anywhere. And what does cached information have to do with sharpness? Is the information in the cache blurred? It's text... (as an exception, this time as a dev). Caches are not always simple text. To allow smooth sc...

Re: Font rendering
You lose sharpness in the custom thumb lines because PSU caches this info. The higher the monitor resolution, the better the quality. Apart from the topic itself and again putting mu user hat on... EGA was very sharp when I first got my hands on such a monitor, late 80s. VGA was stunning in the earl...

Re: Font rendering
The second screenshot looks way better than the first one. But instead of upsizing these fonts, instead try to set the scaling in macOS' Display settings. That may be difficult as your monitor's native resolution is so low. The screenshot I shared before was on Windows on a 4K monitor with 1.5x scal...
