Re: Non-RAW incomplete Label information

That sounds like you have a half baked XMP in the JPG files.
Use right click on the JPG and then Metadata -> Convert metadata to XMP.
That fixes half baked XMP blocks by reading the Exif/IPTC metadata (like GPS) from the file and putting it in XMP

Re: Geotagging bug in Travel Mode

Not sure if I understand your message correctly. When you assign a "Catalog Label with GEO Coordinates Defined for It" to an image then these coordinates (and all other catalog label details for that matter) are applied on syncing metadata to the image. When in Travel mode, the syncing to file doesn...

Re: why now a category "Objects" ???

You probably deleted the original Objects category years ago and at one point recreated it.
To move your labels from the old Objects category to the original one:
1. Expand the old Objects category
2. Select all labels, with Ctrl+Click
3. Drag them to the original Objects category

Re: Adding selection set to Portfolio Collection misses one image

Ah, versions. Most likely you have a main version with one sub-version in your selection. Unlike Stacks, a Version Set is a single entity in the Catalog. Just like you add a catalog label to a full version set, you can also add a version set only once to a portfolio collection. You can select which ...

Re: multiple macros in image details

Apparently, when you select a macro from the context menu, the field is not marked as "edited" (stays yellow). For now, put a space after the inserted macro to make sure that field is marked as green.

The manuals in the application is the complete set. All the manuals on the website are also in the app, except for the two technical manuals: macros and maintenance. There's no manual for Portfolios, not in the application, not online. Portfolios are described in the Cataloging manual. The AI manual...

Re: Picture quality very bad

If colors are off then that means that very likely your color management settings are wrong. Check your color management settings. If you read through the entire topic, you’ll find that here too the color difference was due ti wrong color management settings. Set the input profile always to sRGB. Se...
