Re: Wrong image counts in Catalog Tree

Leave all the backup settings in pgAdmin at their default.
In pgAdmin, select backup, enter the file name and done. Optionally also read the PSU Maintenance manual. It explains the backup with pgAdmin.

Re: Wrong image counts in Catalog Tree

Thank you. Your database content that makes up the timeline is fine. It doesn't make sense that you don't get the expansion triangle for the year level. The year level should always show the triangle, regardless. Can you send me a backup of the catalog database so I can try it here? You can create a...

Re: Wrong image counts in Catalog Tree

Thank you, and what does this script give? var ADs: TDBXOMClientDataSet; ASl: TStringList; begin ASl := TStringList.Create; ADs := PublicCatalog.NewDataSet; try ADs.CommandText := 'select distinct idYear, idMonth as idMonth from v_CatalogPeriods order by idMonth'; ADs.OpenSet; while not ADs.EndOfSet...

Re: Wrong image counts in Catalog Tree

Can you post the result of this script? Run it in Tools -> Scripter from the hamburger menu. Tip: double click on the i-icon in the message to copy the result to clipboard var ADs: TDBXOMClientDataSet; ASl: TStringList; begin ASl := TStringList.Create; ADs := PublicCatalog.NewDataSet; try ADs.Comman...

Re: Timeline counts all zero?

Is that every time (also after restarting PSU)?
And how about the months below the years?
Can you share a screenshot?
Is the logged in user a restricted catalog user?
Did you switch catalogs and did the miscounting occur afterwards?

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections

I have not received a database yet. If you could share one then that would be great. Best to upload it to a cloud drive (drop box, google drive, one drive, icloud, wetransfer, etc) and send a download link to support@idimager.com

Re: Import CSV Data

I just had a quick look at the script and the script is the one that removes the catalog labels if keywords are part of the import. You can disable line 164 to prevent that by adding two slashes in front of it. This is how that should become: if AReconstruct then begin //PublicCatalog.RemovePropsFro...

Re: Import CSV Data

Check in your Preferences-Read settings. There you probably have configured that keywords should replace catalog labels. Set that to merge.

But Replace is in a daily operation the better choice so I recommend to set it back to replace after the import.

Re: Anybody suffering start up problems ?

PSU typically starts in a few seconds. If it doesn't try this: 1. The most obvious: reboot the machine 2. IMPORTANT !!! The second most obvious: exclude the catalog folder from ALL virus scanners that you have installed. This is a MUST. And on Windows, don't forget to exclude the Catalog Folder from...

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections

Apparently you only have this in your catalog. Please send me a copy of your catalog database (no thumbs needed) if you like me to look into this.

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections

That is not what I see here. These are the steps I follow: 1. Create a new collection (maybe you used an existing one??) 2. Name the collection 3. Set the type to "dynamic" 4. Add a catalog label The result and the count are properly displayed. Maybe you can share a video of what you do, or send me ...

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections

You’re going to have to provide more info. As mentioned, it works fine here with a dynamic collect that includes a catalog label and a search text. If it doesn’t work for you then please provide the full definition of your dynamic collection.

Re: Wrong image count of sub collections

Hi Alfons, it works fine here. I have a dynamic collection with:
1. Include Catalog Label
2. Include Free Search Text
3. Exclude File Type

Counts are displayed correctly. FWIW: I am using 3035 though nothing changed here since your 3022
