Hi, I am trying to transfer several catalogues from MediaPro to Photo Supreme. I am not very familiar with either software since I didn't create the original catalogues, so I am feeling a little lost in the process.
These catalogues are particularly tricky because each MP catalogue contains a selection of (not all) images from multiple different folders (30+) stored across different hard drives. Ideally, I'd like to migrate the catalogues exactly as they are, without changing the file paths of the images. I'd like a process that is more efficient than manually selecting and importing each image/folder individually.
I've tried to follow the steps here https://www.idimager.com/mediapro-to-photo-supreme, but Photo Supreme is not recognizing the .XMP files in import. Is there something I am missing here?
I can create a csv with the file paths and filenames of each catalogue file in MP - is there a way to import images into Photo Supreme from a csv?
If there is a way to copy all the images from MP into one folder to then import to PS, I would be willing to give up the original file paths and keep them in one folder called "catalog_name".
I'd appreciate any advice on an effective workflow to move from MP to PS. Thank you!

Re: MediaPro to Photo Supreme workflow
Hi and welcome to PSU forum.
"...but Photo Supreme is not recognizing the .XMP files in import. Is there something I am missing here?"
Did you also carry out point 4?
"4. MediaPro can create an inconsistency between metadata in XMP and Exif/IPTC-IIM. To resolve that, select the imported thumbnails, right click on a thumbnail and select Metadata - Convert Metadata to XMP. That will fix any inconsistencies. This is a one time operation."
