Motion Picture possible in PSU

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone else here works with motion pictures, the JPG images captured with a Google Pixel.

Google Pixel smartphones save "motion photos" in a special format based on a regular JPEG image but also containing a short video sequence. These motion photos can be opened using Windows Photo Viewer. Once opened, it displays "motion."

It's a JPEG + embedded MP4 video.
The MP4 is embedded in the JPEG's XMP metadata or directly in the file container.

I'm looking for a way to select and save individual photos myself.

Maybe Hert is reading this and can answer whether this is available or planned for the future ;)
