While they worked well before PhotoSupreme 2024, as you can see below (the small Preview window shows the .THM file) they recently started to be rendered with over-saturated, too contrasted and “cold” colours. I thought that it was related to the colour profile in the .THM files, but switching from Adobe RGB to sRGB doesn't fix the issue.

Check if you enabled color management for thumbs/previews
Check the color profile in the metadata
Check if there are edits from a 3rd party tool (c1 cos file or Lightroom or DXO dop file)

I suppose it's "Color Mangement"/"Use color management to generate thumbnails (slows down)", right? It's enabled.
The embedded profile in the .THM is sRGB IEC61966-2.1 (checked with macOS Preview and exiftool).
The thumbnail is directly exported from Capture One (only renamed).
