Error updating to 7.4.1 (4583)

I recently got this message while trying to update the catalog.

Previous version was 7.3.0 (4459) and I installed the latest available version (as of Oct 18, 2022) which was version 7.4.1 (4583) downloaded from the User Control Panel.

I immediately aborted.
Tried to perform the same function on a Mac Pro first, and then on my MacBook Pro with the same result, same message.
So now I cannot get into my catalog at all.

I verified that the catalog file is present at the default location: ~/Library/IDimager Systems, Inc./Catalog

Any help would be much appreciated.
