Unable to reduce page size
Unable to reduce page size
The screen for PSu is sitting ‘behind’ the top menu bar on the screen - screenshots are attached. Because of this I am unable to read the search bar at top right. I have tried to reduce the size of the page using the relevant keyboard shortcuts to toggle full screen on and off however that doesn’t work and the page view doesn’t change. This is the only software that has this problem. Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be appreciated.

Re: Unable to reduce page size
Please update to the latest build: 4414. There's no web-update-trigger, so best to download it from the Control Panel at https://cp.idimager.com Then install it over your existing installation.

Re: Unable to reduce page size
Thanks Hert
The only options after logging in from the link provided (User Control Panel) were to upgrade to V7 or download "64 bit package" which I did. Still at 4229. When checking for updates via the menu it says none available. Am I missing another option?

Re: Unable to reduce page size
Should have said "downloaded the 64 bit package" not the upgrade to V7
Re: Unable to reduce page size
Ah, sorry. You are using V6, not V7...I should have noticed that.
Try to switch to Full Screen and back.
The macOS shortcut for Full Screen mode is Crl+Cmd+F

Re: Unable to reduce page size
I tried that a few times but the command doesn't work. Any other solution?
Re: Unable to reduce page size
Select View -> Toggle Full Screen from the upper left corner hamburger menu

Re: Unable to reduce page size
That doesn't work either. The top 'mac' menu isn't available either so can't access 'window' or 'view'

The Hamburger menu, not the Mac menuMickC wrote: 06 Jul 22 11:20The top 'mac' menu isn't available either so can't access 'window' or 'view'

Re: Unable to reduce page size
Yes I have tried the hamburger menu, I meant that the mac menu can't be accessed either.
Nothing seems to work

What is your native monitor resolution?
And how do your have Scaling defined in macOS's Display settings?

Re: Unable to reduce page size
Already tried that before asking on the forum. Looks like it is something that can't be rectified which is a shame
Re: Unable to reduce page size
Didn't see your edit until after I posted.
The monitor resolution is 2560 x 1440 and I tried all the settings available (usuallly have it set at 2048x1152) While the scale changes, PSu screen remains locked in position 'behind' the top bar and the keyboard shortcuts still make no difference

Re: Unable to reduce page size
I won't waste any more of your time, however I appreciate your assistance
Re: Unable to reduce page size
I really think it's odd because it should be impossible in macOS for an application to be positioned behind the menu bar. This unless it is in full screen mode and then the menu bar overlaps over the application when the mouse is hovered at the top of the monitor.
