Image Basket - PSU / PSO

When adding/removing images from the image basket via both PSU and PSO (with both running), the counter shown on the image basket UI gets out of sync, as changes are only accounted for in the system where they were made (PSU or PSO). Related, the image basket collection itself isn't updated in client A as images are added / removed in client B. Clicking on the "Image Basket" button in the out-of-sync client fixes the image collection itself, but not the counter shown on the Image Basket button shown at the bottom of the UI.
