Hi
I have problems with the view in the Folders tab. When I import a new folder, it doesn't show up in the folder tab. Sometimes I can see it right after the import, but next time I open PS, it is gone. The import is OK, I can find all the images in the States tab - (In last import).
The imported folders are on the C-drive.
I have tried several imports, restarted Windows, restarted PS, compacted the catalog, build missing thumbnails and previews.
I can't do Verify Folder and other tools because I can't see the folder in PS.
Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, version 10.01.1904. PhotoSupreme 64 bit, version 6.0.0.3641
First image: I can see the new folder (although at a strange position):
Second image: After restart the new folder has gone from the Folders tab:

Re: New import doesn't show in Folder tab
I expect that you have set a custom root folder. Can you try to right click on a top node, then untick "Make this the root folder".

Re: New import doesn't show in Folder tab
Aha, it worked. I should have thought of this!
(Because of space issues I have moved all the user-related settings and folders from C: to E: (also home to the Memoryscan folder), but in my head the official Pictures folder was still on C: Maybe that is why I didn't see the connection.)
Thank you very much, Hert - again.
