Hi Leo, are you sure you copied the license file in the right folder (the Documents folder) and that it is the only license file there? (Actually, having multiple license files should no longer be a problem - but it used to be.)
Now that I've reread Hert's latest reply, I think the problem lies in your DB or DB password. Did you copy the right catalog to the right folder too? What happens if you specify the DB and the password on the command line: http://forum.idimager.com/viewtopic.php ... 6&p=105546 ?
(One more question: you mentioned in an older post "making an optimalized backup". What is such a backup?)

Problem solved.
Because I downloaded a trial (which was the v3 version) the backup data from v2 didn't match.
By updating to v3 the difficulties are gone.
