Feature requests and Bug reporting

I have the same bug as 0001507. I see that it is resolved in the Mantis system? But what is the resolution? There is no information in the Mantis to describe what the fix is. Am I supposed to resubmit the same issue?

Some weeks ago I requested access to the bug forum by registering username and e-mail address at http://bugs.idimager.com.
I have received nothing from the site yet.
Any idears how to get access?

Please send a email to support@idimager.com with your chosen username. Hert has to activate your mantis account before you can access mantis to report bugs.
I guess when he can not allocate who you are he will not activate the account for spam reasons...

may i ask these features ?

1) font size under in -> show custom thumbs info

2) a photo cover flow , like adobe bridge cs6 or other programs for a fast review starts ,color labels

3) the possibility to use the mouse wheel maybe + shift to zoom in and out

A separate registration is required.

Also very important;

Always report a single/isolated issue in a single ticket. If you have multiple issues then create a single ticket per issue. Don't group them together. This is to prevent that single issues inside such a ticket get overlooked and lost when the ticket is closed.

Also don't use error descriptions as "and so on" because that is not something that can be fixed. Be specific and try to enter a description that allows someone else to reproduce the issue. Also provide examples where possible.

I filled out the request for bug reporting more than a week ago and never received the email to validate my sign up ???

Most likely it ended up in your spam box, and if not then maybe even your provider marked it as spam and deleted it before even delivering it to you. Unfortunately spam "protection" went over the top and became a problem of its own...
