buying Photo Supreme: ok but I did buy IDImager !

OK you have killed IDImager, but I did buy the IDImager license. Can I migrate this license to Photo Supreme, or will I have to buy a different license for Photo Supreme ?

Thank you for considering Photo Supreme.

As mentioned on the website, IDimagerV5 users can get a 30% discount when they decide to switch to Photo Supreme.

BTW; IDimager is not killed. Further development has stopped. The software continues to run, you can still send support questions to support@idimager.com (or use the forum), you can still download the binaries, you can still download your license. Killed means that the product is gone. It is not.

ok thank you for the info.
Sorry about being hard at defining IDI as killed... it's that I am somewhat shocked about such sad news.

I didn't see an upgrade option on the link provided. Did I miss it or do we need to log into our control panel and place the order from there?

Hello Hert,
would you be willing to share why you have switched your effort into a new product?
I believe that this may help people like me trying to make a strategy decision on whether to stick on IDIv5 or to migrate to PS (given that PS features are enough for one's needs, of course).

Thank you

To add to Timido's request I would also be interested in knowing the reason and what kind of insurances the develop is willing to give that the new 'Supreme' product will be around for the next couple of years.

I understand if a company is being bought or has to close shop that this might abruptly stop further development but the decision to abandon an amazing product and to right away offer a different product that does not compare in the feature set is quite astonishing. An explanation and road map for the new program might be a worthwhile PR investment...

Thanks for that excellent summary of what many of us believe.
