Some MP4 Thumbnails Not Generating

Sometimes I have MP4 files that do not generate a thumbnail within Photo Supreme (Build 2025.1.8.7761).

Thumbnails show up in the MacOS folder using icon view.

I Rebuild Thumbnails within PS2025 and it doesn't help.

Aside from that, the MP4 file opens up and plays without an issue.

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes I've noticed this as well under Windows, haven't found away of getting specific ones to generate, even after removing from DB and rescanning the folder, I suspect that it might be the way a single full frame is selected to be the thumbnail perhaps ?

Yeah I'm suspecting thats the problem.

Any insight into how Photo Supreme does this?

If you only have a few, then it may be quickest to manually add one using Mp3tag (if you're on Windows).
