OpenAI update GPT-4.1 family

Anyone using OpenAI has probably just received an email "Our most powerful reasoning models, GPT-4.1, Codex CLI, and new audio models". Does this improve our current "AI" experience that is being discussed in other topics? Does the OpenAI API key setting need changing?

Like others, the current multiple labels with synonyms for the same visual item with the thumb, I find makes using the tool far less than ideal.

Just checked mine and its reporting as in the image below which I think is the updated, but to be honest given up with actually using them for anything useful Just not reliable enough other then a good laugh now and then!

Thanks Geoff. Mine is set (by default) to GPT 4.1 Nano. I also note with #7602 that the LAP is now a "static" size. Its now also half the size of the previous version so I can't see most of the assigned labels - only 8 are visible at one time, and I can't find any splitter control to resize the panel. geeez. Backward step. I'll send a PM.

I'm on 7602 and the Label panel can be dragged to whatever size will fit;
