Google Vision vs. OpenAI

From reading the Artificial Intelligence manual it's difficult to determine the difference, pros & cons, between Google Vision and OpenAI. They both appear to be doing the same thing. I've added $credit & installed & done just a few tests with OpenAI. When new labels are suggested it seems to need a fair degree of user management to move those labels into the correct part of the existing catalog because they aren't saved to "a private "AI Labels" category as suggested in the manual. Am hoping Google Vision doesn't this a little better. Does anyone have both APIs running & offer any experience? Thanks in advance.
