AI Service and Model used for metadata generation.

Do others think it would be beneficial to have an identification, within the image metadata, of the service used to create any AI generated metadata?
At present we have 3 services Google, OpenAI & Ollama and various models within each service that could be used. I can see that for quite some time to come we will be seeing more services and certainly more models becoming available.

If we have both the Service and Model used within the metadata then it will be much easier to identify which images have been used/processed previously and also to identify which images might need updating as the services and models evolve over time!
