selecting pictures based on number of catalog labels

I wonder if there is a way to select the pictures based on the number of catalog labels assigned to them.
It is easy to access the pictures with no label in the status folder, but I would like to select all the pictures with only 1 label...

If you Click the Filter Icon at the top, then use the Drop down filter menu then you select the option as below;

I like to do the same, but in a dynamic Collection. I like to build a Collection with exactly 2 people. Now I include the names of these 2 people, but how do I exclude all other people? Or add an expression that number op People labels = 2?
