Find images with sidecars?

Now that build 4390 introduced HEIC and MOV files as sidecars of each other I am wondering….

Is it possible to find all HEIC/MOV pairs in the catalog?
I can easily find all HEIC files, but I see no way to drill down to only the HEIC files having a MOV sidecar.

Thinking of it, it might be just as useful to find all images with a DOP sidecar so that one can find images that have been processed by DxO.

I suspect that it is possible but that I am just not looking in the right place….

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I just tested it, it is extremely useful and way more flexible than what I had in mind
