Updating metadata on many picture

I must update URL Licensor and Usage Term of my 120 Kpic.
So, I create a new profile with the modification. I test it on on somes pictures and that is ok.
Because update is very big, I create a specific label "XMPok" and a dynamic search "Exclude "XMPok".
Then, in the result, I select 500 pictures and apply the correction profile. After this, I put a "XMPok" label on the 500 updated pictures.
But, when I select 500 pictures, the correction is not applied on all pictures; Somes are not updated. And so, I must do it again and again....
What's wrong ?

How are you applying that profile? In Image Details? In the Batcher? Some other way?

I use build 4201, the last update available.
I make a lot of test, with RAW/NEF, RAW/dng, TIF,....
It's ok using batcher with "Image Detail" action only. I can update 1500 pictures and all is ok.
But with Details/profile, I can only update a few picture (<50). The others are not updated.
On the activity panel, I see that batcher progress meter is slower than "Detail".

It's not the first issue working with big selection. When I use a script 'export to XMP sidecar', it's ok with the first 900 pictures, but after, there are no activity anymore (OSX shows 0,3% PSu activity).

Very strange.

OK. I test it with 1500 pictures, and it's working as expected.
