Looks for Metadata

Post by Henri T. »

Hello,
In the "Details" section, in the "Technical" panel, I have no information on the settings of my camera: date, focal length, exposure time, ISO ... I only have the name of my camera. Canon EOS R5 camera. How can we find them and display them. I specify that during the export / import, my metadata are included.
Thank you

Bonjour,
Merci

Your images probably have partial XMP but the tool that created that XMP failed to convert the exiting metadata to XMP. Photo Supreme can fix that for your.

Try this:
1. Right click on your images
2. Select Metadata -> Convert metadata to XMP
