Exit with a "Ratings" selection doesn't restore properly on restart

Using the latest server build (6.0.0.3597.pg), restarting the application with a a "Ratings" selection doesn't properly restore that selection upon restart. To reproduce:

- Open the "Ratings tab
- Select a specific star rating (say "Five Stars")
- Exit the application
- Start the application
- When the app opens, the thumbs will show the correct selection (5-stars in this case). However, the selected star rating will be the one *prior* to the expected selection. So, in this case, you should see that "Four Stars" is highlighted.

Likewise, exiting with 4-stars selected will show 3-stars highlighted upon restart...
