Copy labels/keywords to paste outside of Photo Supreme

Post by peterpix »

I've searched the forum on this topic but can't find anything to assist.

I want to copy keywords from an image and paster them into another application.

I find I can do Metadata/Export Metadata to CSV file and that way get a taxt file with comma separated keywords, but it is a lot of clicks and I have to use Notepad to open the CSV file to view the keywords in order to be able to copy and paste them.

Using the dropdown menu from the down arrow next to the magnifying glass icon at the top of the right sidebar shows me the dropdown menu with the menu item Copy Assigned Labels to Clipboard, but when I try to paste elsewhere (other than into another image in Photo Supreme) paste does not work. It seems as though the keywords have been copied to a Photo Supreme clipboard but not the Windows clipboard?

Any assistance on this would be appreciated.

I'd guess that the easiest way would be to import an image containing the keywords into the other app, then copy and paste within it.

Try the "Copy Macro Command to Clipboard" script that I just created for this.

1. Select one or more thumbs
2. Right click on a selected thumb
3. Select Run Script from Repository -> Catalog -> Copy Macro Command to Clipboard
4. Use the macro command: %CatalogLabelList.
