De-licensed

Post by rfcat »

Hi,
today I started PSU and received a warning Photo Supreme Trial day 1 of 30 GET IT NOW. I click on I already have a licence and the responding screen advises no licence found.
Very confused.

The license file has to be in the correct folder. If you do a search on this forum you will find this answered (I think it's in one the help files as well though I could be wrong).

The license file is stored in the Documents folder of the OS. You probably deleted the file. But the existence of the file is what unlocks PSU.
Please download your license file again from https://cp.idimager.com and the click “I already have my license”. Then point to the downloaded license file.

Hi Hert,
thank you, I found the answer, I didn't delete the folder but iCloud re-arranged my documents folder and I have not been able to revert the changes,

I had the same problem.
I was asked to select my licence, so I tried to import one of my two server licenses but was told it was invalid.
I then moved it into the Documents folder and relaunched PSu again and now everything went smooth.
