Hi all
Last night I migrated my Photo Supreme data bases and 103,000 images from my old computer to a new one (located a the same physical path [D:\Photo\...]) .
The new installation of PSu accepted the database files and all images are available and can be opened etc. Thus I thought all was good, and I could get on using PSu on the new computer.
Now, when I run a "Verify Folder for Files" all images located in the selected folder, shows up in the result list (File not in Catalog) with the suggested action to add images to Catalog. A limited test shows that the images then gets doubled listed in folder view.
Question:
(Assuming that the move of image files between computers has lead to a change in the parameters with which PSu identifies images...) Is there a way to make PSu accept that all 103,000 images (which it already "knows") should be "linked" to the records PSu has got in it's database?
Kind regards
Michael

Hi Michael, congrats on the new PC!
The hard drive is different (serial nummer) And So you need to map your old folder root to the new drive’s root;
Open Folders
Right click on root
Select “Map to the correct physical folder’
Point to the New drive
