Why does it take so long to approve a post on this board??

Post by Henry-In-Florida »

I am a newbie using your trial mode Photo Supreme. Found no help in the limited manuals available (limited in that they don't cover the current version, are not generally available on line) in need of help with import file structure. Your help system features only the "Quick Links" and not helpful as to import techniques.

I posted several questions as a newbie to a new topic. Now, after a day see that it is not on the board. :?: Why?

Hello Henry,

sorry, but sometimes we are getting flooded with requests from new 'spam users' and we might have overlooked your request.
Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Henry,
I have checked the log and I have to apologize that I disapproved your post
'Hierarchical folders and renaming of imported files' by accident.

However, I cannot recover the post - please post it again.

Michael,
Please extend my trial days of PSU by the delays encountered in accessing info I need to demo your app properly, then.

Thank you, Michael. I don't have a copy of the original post either, since it never got reflected to my email (Catch-22, bro). I can report about the problem, though. Will there be a similar delay every time I post to this forum? Off the bat the issues are a clear lack of details about using the menus and functionality of the application, especially on the Mac. From what I've seen in perusing the forum, many of the same queries are continually asked and the lack of detailed documentation and user manual is the reason, IMO.

Re-posted. viewtopic.php?f=57&t=26939 Expanded information request since more time has gone by and have more questions. Apologies for a long-is list... BTW, kudos. The new version is considerably speedier. Wish I had a handle on how to better use it for my work.

Moderators moderate the forum, they do this on a volunteer base. In exceptional cases a few days extended trial can be granted. This can only be requested by email support@idimager.com

Btw, did you already read through the documentation as can be found in the Help menu of the hamburger menu?
This is a user-to-user forum. If you have suggestions, requests or need support then please send a message

Yes. It seems that it's mostly quick tips. Similar to content that's on the help menus. NONE of my questions were answered there. Sorry,
