Red Eye and zoom -> Access Violation

Post by Phosy »

When I try to remove red eyes an access violation happend.

I mark the file, then I go to "Adjust" - Filters - Red Eye Correction.
Mouse with cross to the eye and mark it as mentioned.

Everything is ok.

1. But when I zoom in, that the eye get bigger, than an access violation can sometimes occure.

2. Did I use the red eye correction, the switch on the right side is "on" . But when I switch off, so the green light goes out, but the red eye correction is still in the pictures.

So I ask myself, which version is more reliable the 32 bits Version or the 64 bits Version?

I'm using on this PC at the moment build 3.3.0.2604.pg (64 bits).

Over the years, I have seen the Access violation (0) error appear. It appeared the other day. Typically, I am just moving through my images, adding metadata via the Details panel, when it appears. My fix: I close out the database, wait a minute or two, open up the database, begin where I left off, and everything appears to be OK.
