Labels not writing to file metadata

Greetings all,

Looking for help. I can't seem to write to file metadata. It just stopped automatically doing it somewhere in 2015/16. I have reviewed all labels and removed any private settings, still no luck. After changing numerous settings then testing with a "push," I still have no success. I am sure it is something simple that I am overlooking. Below is a link to my sych settings, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the file is read only? Maybe a corrupt file?

Looking at your screen print containing your sync settings, could this be it:

Synchronize Settings - Write Settings - Keywords processing - Do not modify Keywords

When I use the above setting in my database, any changes I make to labels via the Assign panel are not shown on the Details panel and do not appear in the file.

I use:

Synchronize Settings - Write Settings - Keywords processing - Replace keywords with Catalog labels
