I'm not sure exactly how you are attempting to toggle full screen on and off but I have no problem viewing images full-screen by using the Shift+Enter keyboard shortcut. I also run Windows 10 64 bit.

When paying with the Ctr+alt+M and ctrl+M, the PS Main window behaving strange. The window size is using the full screen and the bottom of the application is hidden by the taskbar. This normal is only this way when the auto hide of the taskbar is on.

Re: toggle full screen On or OFF
I haven't used Full Screen Mode before, but to me this does not look right. In full screen mode the windows task bar remains visible at the bottom (in Windows 10). That's not what other programs would call "full screen".
Also, the PhotoSupreme buttons at the bottom of the screen are no longer accessible. Both in Maximum and FullScreenMode they are now hidden below the taskbar. I don't think that would be by design. What sense would it make to hide these buttons?

The task bar is not displayed on my Windows 10 system.fbungarz wrote:In full screen mode the windows task bar remains visible at the bottom (in Windows 10).
Press the R key (for Ratings Bar) to toggle the display of those buttons on and off. Also, the PhotoSupreme buttons at the bottom of the screen are no longer accessible.
Re: toggle full screen On or OFF
Hmmm? The Task Bar is displayed.
I do not see the PSu buttons bar at the bottom of the full screen window: Using the 'R' key does nothing.
This isn't a big deal for me, since I use 'normal' view 100% of the time.
EDIT (1615 PDT): I just installed the latest build 3.3.0.2533. It looks like this was fixed. Thanks, Hert!
