Multiple Monitors

Post by weisswelsh »

Hello,

I have three monitors with my main monitor in the center. I have photo supreme set to open pictures in a second monitor. It has always done this by opening up in the monitor on the left. Now it suddenly is opening up pictures on the monitor on the right. Is there some way to set Photo Supreme to open in the left monitor again.

Thanks

Bob

Maybe the sequence of the monitors changed in Windows? PSU uses the "second monitor" to the one reported as the second monitor by Windows

Hi Hert!

I have also the impression, that PSU starts always on the first monitor (the one with the Windows tasklist). But when I move it to the other screen (Shift+Windows+Left or Right), then the pictures/light table are always opened on monitor 1.
Please take a look on the Feature Requests

and

which describe similare problems (and have not been answered since February).
Best regards
Martin

Hello again,
somehow I'm not sure, if the requests in Mantis are really considered.

"February" means February 2015!
I.e. no answer or comment for more than 15 Month. My other 6 requests are in a similar state.

They are requests and requests may or may not be picked up. You haven't had support on the ticket from other users. By logging a ticket you have made sure that it remains in view. My guess is that a typical multi monitor setup will have the better monitor as monitor 1.

Hi Hert,
thanks for the reply.

My motivation to have the better monitor as monitor 2 is that I do not want to waste the space with
e.g. the taskbar (ok, I could let it disappear).
Best regards
