Synchronisation

Since some days I have a problem with pictures which were Synchronised months ago, but which are now not synchronised. I tried synchronisation from menu: "synchronise all non synchronised pictures", it does not work, I tried with a right click on the orange dot on the picture, it does not work. Why are thises pictures not synchronised, what can I do. I tried compact my database, nothing...

are those "problem" pictures part of a version set?

after deleting xmp associated files synchronisation is possible. I do not know what was wrong with those files.

If you still have those xmp files, you might want to send it to IDImager Support (support@idimager.com) with a short description or a link to this forum, so he may look at the file to figure out what went wrong...
