Bug Issue

Post by Boudoir_By_Ben » 10 Apr 13 16:22

Just purchased the full version of film noir from the Mac app store and I am unable to view the files after I have saved them. I have tried saving Tiff & Jpeg in "original" and "Large" sizes. I am running OS 10.7.5

Hi
As you described, it happens also to me, but just if I try to save as Tiff.
Hope the bug will be fixed soon

Have you tried opening the file in the Preview from the Finder app?

Sure, but it shows only the image of the generic tiff icon
and no one of my graphic software can open the file, telling it may be broken or in an unknown format.
And more, the icon of the file is generic and doesn't show any preview.
Everything happens only if I save a tiff format.

Luca

I have tried just now to save a file into another location (I thought that maybe saving on desktop could be a problem), but the problem remains

I was able to reproduce it now. It will be fixed in the next update

Thank you for your input
