In the macro command, I found %hh but is only takes exact values and uses: contains, doesn't contain, equals or doesn't equal.. Is there a way to work with images taken in a specific time range. For example between specific hours say 18:00 and 21:00 or after 19:00 or before 05:00?

There's no way to filter for a range of "hours".
