I saw this in the forum, but it was not in conjunction with a new install.
I'm running MacOS Sierra. I just downloaded the Mac trial version and installed it. When I run it, I get 2-3 Access Violation (0) errors before it opens. Then I get a couple more and it crashes. I uninstalled it and did a reinstall. Same thing.
Not a comforting experience for a potential user.
Any ideas?
New Install crashes with Access Violation (0)
Re: New Install crashes with Access Violation (0)
Sorry to read about your first experience.
Try to:
1. Close down PSU
2. Backup the folder ~/Library/IDimager Systems, Inc.
3. Delete the folder ~/Library/IDimager Systems, Inc.
4. Start PSU
Does that help?
