Or is it a feature for which I lack intelligence that some photos have the file name entered as the document title and some do not? The only logic that this behaviour follows is the lack of logic that runs like a red thread through the entire Photo Supreme.
Why is that? Any solutions? As I said ...

Marking photos and displaying the image data
~~Tagging~~ Marking the photos is a real pain! (Sorry, translation mistake, simmilar to the EN-GER translation of photo orientation 'landscape' and 'portrait' as 'Landschaft' and 'Portrait', instead of 'Querformat' and 'Hochformat'.)

Another shortcoming of the software is the overall user interface.
One exapmle: this is what it looks like when I want to scroll down with the touchpad of the Macbook or the scroll wheel of the mouse, or up later on. To me, it looks as disorientating as the concept behind the creation of the ...

Hello everyone,
As I wrote the other day , Photo Supreme is not exactly the pinnacle of application development. Rather, it's a dismal, dismal lowland when you consider that the software is several years old and not an open source project that volunteers develop in their spare time.

Re: Regular problems with importing
I am now on 2024. Is this the last build of the 2023 version? There used to be 2-3 builds that had exactly this problem.
Thank you very much for your answer!
[Edit]: yes, it is the last 2023 build (in this capture for Mac M2, in former usage the builds for Intel-Mac)
Unfortunately, all 2023 ...

Regular problems with importing
When importing, the progress bar regularly stops at various points. Progress information is no longer visible.

Among other things, this error prevents the correct or complete application of a detail profile, since the selected detail profile is apparently replaced by the current image or catalog data before it is used during the ongoing reloading.

Dropdown behind Dock (macOS)
Hello all,
there is an unexpected behaviour of Photo Supreme (I use the latest build 7.4.3.4738 on macOS 10.15.7). If there is a long dropdown-list, it is unreachable behind the Dock. You have to hide Dock to access the last items.

Re: How to ADD keywords WITHOUT deleting existing ones???
I am very sorry for my words.
I tried to add keywords using the Details form, but no matter what setting I used the previous keywords always disappeared.
I have now tried using the catalog labels.
Thank you very much for your kind way and your nice answer! Again, I'm sorry for the way I wrote!

Same with several other fields, like Copyright-Status. Some get it, some loose it.
