How to copy and paste certain metadata fields into excel- or export them
Hi
I am trying to isolate certain metadata fields- ie filename. file size photo date and description and export them to an excel or csv file. I am in Grid view- with description added
I tried copy- it PS alerted me that I had copied 65 files to the clipboard, but paste is greyed out.
I found a ...

Adding keywords- doesn't show entire keyword when window opens
Hi
i noticed when adding keywords to images- the entire keyword does not show up in the window anymore- just the last character? One has to arrow over to see the full keyword? Maybe this is a bug?

Clicking on tab on top of grid view is not sorting data alphabetically
Hi
I can't seem to get data to sort alphabetically. Here in this video, you can see I am trying to sort by camera model. My expectation is that it will sort alphabetically, and all the iphone images will gather together, then the L2D-20c. I even tried searching in the search bar to see if I could ...

Drag and Drop multiple images? Color, category, file names?
Hi
Newbie question here again.
I was trying to sort images in a catalog this morning. I was in "ALL" View. I highlighted all of the images in a folder that applied- and tried to drag them to color "red". Only one had the red applied. The same thing with keywords/categories. I assume selecting all ...

I don't want to rename the files for a number of reasons- I just need a find and replace rename feature please.

Batch find and replace for filenaming
Dear Intrepid Friends,
Newbie here again.
I can't see to find- the find and replace file-renaming tool. So if I want the project number in my filenames- ie project number_capture date_sequential number and I type the project number in wrong- how do I find and replace without redoing the entire ...

Re: Where is the tiff compression/encoding metadata field?
I found that as well- but it does not inform on the encoding of the compression- just the number.... At least in my example.

Where is the tiff compression/encoding metadata field?
Hi
I can't seem to find the tiff compression metadata field. In Media pro, it is called "encoding" and let's you know whether the tiff was compressed as a LZW or what have you. Does this exist in Photo supreme? I looked under advanced- and compression only tells me the number- not the type.
Thanks ...

Re: Looking for easy ways to make sub-selections
Awesome- both those ways work. Perfecto! As I become more comfortable with the program, the more I realize how powerful it is.
