Exif IPTC Keywords and Ratings not being picked up
I imported 4,863 images successfully for the year 2020 - most keywords were missing, however, all exif data and iptc data came over and many of the star and color ratings were missed.

If C1 writes color labels and ratings to an XMP sidecar file for TIF then you should import that XMP file separately. Did you verify that it writes this info into a XMP sidecar file for TIF? If so then follow my instruction as mentioned above.

Here is an example of one folder where there were 6 xmp's written to the folder and after the verify all only one was tagged.
The one that was tagged is
RJH_2020Jun19_ILCE-7RM3_KMS tools Hot Rods_31.arw
Here is a list of the 6 xmp's
C1 XMPs created ...

Yes they are in hierarchical order in a hierarchical list. I had initially used a Lightroom style list in Capture One and just exported this same list.
