DNG import failed

I have a seriously problem importing DNG files. The import seems running ok, but the thumbnails are empty. When I click on a thumbnail to get the full frame picture, I get an empty screen with an error massage "ungültige Größe" (invalid size).
Can anyone help me to fix this problem?

Thanks
Joachim
